Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the applicant with the drive and enthusiasm to provide our customers with outstanding service. This is a full time position that involves scheduling appointments by phone and email.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all inbound phone appointments and inquiries

• Make outbound calls to inform customers of vehicle upgrade options

• Work with internet leads to set a proper appointment

• Follow-up with customers to improve customer experience

  Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and have a good phone presence

• Ability to learn new software

• Excellent attendance and punctuality
